The Columbus Music Co-op

The Columbus Music Co-op (CMC) is organized exclusively for charitable, cultural and educational purposes.
The purpose of the CMC is:
* to provide assistance to local musicians experiencing health-related financial hardship
* to act as an advocate for Franklin County musicians
* to support and sustain the Columbus Ohio music community

The Columbus Music Co-op will achieve this mission by hosting and participating in events, initiatives and activities that support the development of resources for local musicians and the music community. We regularly partner with organizations that strive to make Columbus Ohio an affordable, sustainable and vibrant city for musicians to live and make their art. We conduct workshops and networking events. We host fund-raisers for our health-care fund (CMAP – Columbus Musicians’ Assistance Program) and everything we do is under the umbrella of making Columbus a better place through music.
