Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is set to make its Columbus debut on Friday, Dec. 1. Located at 89 E. Nationwide Blvd. in the Arena District, this is the first Central Ohio location for the steakhouse, joining existing restaurants in Cincinnati, Louisville and Nashville.

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants announced its latest eatery, Harvey & Ed's, an upscale deli concept coming next spring to 698 N. High St., former site of Rigsby's Kitchen in the Short North.

Park Street Saloon, Park Street Patio and The Social Room are closing after this weekend, in anticipation of a new Marriott hotel to be built on the site.

Fast-casual sushi spot Fusian announced it is closing its location at 14 E. 11th Ave. in the Gateway – University District this week. This was the first Fusian in Columbus; locations in Grandview, Clintonville and Easton remain open.

Level Dining Lounge in the Short North is closing this weekend, but will reopen soon under new ownership.

The Columbus Winter Wine Show is Wednesday, Dec. 6, from 7-9 p.m. at the Columbus Museum of Art. The event features more than 100 different wines from around the world.
