The band's drummer isn't old enough to buy whiskey for CD102.5's Randy Malloy, but he looks forward to doing so someday

Radattack is the answer to your problems. Whatever you need — to work up a sweat, cool off or chill out — brothersHenry andLeonard Velour,Duke Warner andIzzi Von Salvador are here with rock 'n' roll muscle pop to get you keyed up.

While holding it down behind the kit around town with bands such as the Comos and Cousin Simple, Henry has also been splitting time between the basement lab with his band and 3 Elliott Studio in Athens with producer Josh Antonuccio. All while sometimes making it to 11th grade Math class somewhere in between. In six short months, Radattack has landed two songs on the radio, been played in over 20 countries on Spotify and traveled a few thousand miles for concerts.

You can catch the band's first headlining performance at Rumba Cafe on Friday, April 13, with openers theWorn Flints and Yardboss. Doors are at 7, you'll be out by 11. $5 gets you in the door, and the show is all ages, because everyone deserves to clown. Here are a few things the band loves.

CD102.5

The station is full of beautiful people who have been instrumental in championing our music. [Former program director] Lesley James and Tom Butler both took time out to hear what we've been cooking up, and let us debut our work on the air. I can't wait until I'm old enough to buy [owner] Randy Malloy a bottle of whiskey.

New York City

I got to experience the big city for the first time this past weekend. All the people we met made us feel at home and gave a great introduction to the music scene. You get to see a lot of gorgeous people on a day to day basis, along with a lot of intriguing visuals and vistas.

Disco

Who doesn't love to groove along to velvety, creamy tunes that you can dance to? “Saturday Night Fever” is a classic movie, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The soundtrack is killer, and John Travolta's got the moves.

Starcrawler

Starcrawler is a heavy guitar band from Los Angeles. They put on a high voltage live show. Everyone should check them out because everyone needs a little rock 'n' roll in their lives.

Breakfast food

Breakfast is good 24/7.
