Acclaimed, creatively restless songwriter continues to blaze his own trail

David Dondero is a singer-songwriter who, even though he presents as a troubadour in the vein of folk songwriters from the recent and not-so-recent past, sounds wholly unlike the typical guy-with-an-acoustic-guitar. The songs vary from album to album and song to song, constantly reshaping typical pop structures and melodies, with Dondero's chameleonic voice ever-adapting to his artistic whims. This show also gets extra bonus points for two solid openers: Andrew Graham and Blanket Boys (Joe Camerlengo and Lisa Brokaw). (Don't miss it)
