The Deerfield Historical Society recently hosted its annual Halloween party at the Deerfield Town Hall.

About 100 guests enjoyed the music of the Deerfield House Band. Many of the guests arrived in disguise, several in coordinated costumes. The costumes varied from Raggedy Ann to a wizard.

Prizes of homemade jellies and apple butter were awarded to the winners. Judges were from the Historical Society. These included Jerry MacBride, Connie Negley and Sally Sampson.
