On Sept. 5, TOPS OH1573 Nashville had seven members lose 3 ½ pounds with only 3/4 pound gain. Randy Kemper was the best weekly re-dedicated loser. He said said to exercise. Becky Kemper was the best weekly KOPS.
Becky Kemper gave a program on the benefits of stretching. It improves flexibility, has a calming effect. Warming up increases blood flow, elongates and strengthens muscles, reduces the risk of injury and encourages fast recovery by moving lactic acid out of muscles. It also increases stamina.
