Though Pete Yorn's latest album Break Up is a collection of duets with Scarlett Johansson, the only femme taking the stage with Yorn is "special guest" Alberta Cross. Scarlett or no Scarlett, these new songs show Yorn remains an underrated overacheiver. It's a nice surprise; latter-day singles like "Don't Wanna Cry" had me thinking his well ran dry after 2002 debut Musicforthemorningafter.
