The focal piece of the dining room is a wooden table that belonged to Warner's great-grandfather. She loves knowing that she and her daughter sit at the same table her mother and grandmother once did.

Name: Elisabeth Warner

Occupation: Home stylist and home stager

Age: 38

Neighborhood: Clintonville

Label your style: "Colorful & constantly evolving"

There's certainly no lack of color in Elisabeth Warner's Clintonville home. Black, purple, yellow and turquoise cover the walls of various rooms in the 1,100-square-foot house she shares with her partner and daughter.

"Painting is the answer to 70 percent of household problems," Warner said.

As a home stylist and stager, Warner is no stranger to arranging furniture and belongings in a house. In her own home, she reflects her simple, fun style through a mix of family heirlooms and items from her favorite antique stores, including Clintonville's Eclectiques and Collier West in the Short North.

The home, built in 1907, comes with a challenge: It has only one closet. Warner says purging is the best way to constantly edit and reevaluate what you own.

"My home is a constantly evolving thing," explained Warner. "Sometimes I just wait for the house to talk to me and see where things should go."
