Alive's Best Bartender

Drinking enthusiasts and drink mixers alike gathered at Lodge Bar last Thursday to cheer on their favorites in Alive's Best Bartender in Columbus competition, an Iron Chef-style shake-off.

After three tough and challenging rounds in front of a raucous crowd, Martini Park's Brandon Bowsher proved his expertise and was declared the winner. Bowsher's family and friends were there to support him, and were suitably thrilled with his triumph.

"I came all the way from Indianapolis to be here for my son," said his mom, Sonja Bowsher. "And I'm the proudest mom in the world!"
