In the "editorial cartoon" you published Aug. 5, you did a good job of misleading those who did not bother to read the fine print about "Medicare For All."

The headline about the cost is the truth but it isn't the whole truth. We could save almost $2 trillion over 10 years and provide health care for about 32 million more Americans if Republicans showed that they took their oath of office seriously when it comes to "promoting the general welfare" and supported this effort to both save money and improve the lives of millions of Americans.

Can we expect to see the Record-Courier take the bold position of publishing an in-depth, fact-based article showing the costs and savings as outlined in the study funded by the Koch brothers so people can learn the truth un-filtered by political TV and conservative media?
