Featuring: Gallery Hop, beer tastings and a "Better Call Saul" viewing party
The weather looks promising for a February Gallery Hop, but we're far more stoked to check out these refreshingly fun Valentine's Day cars at Rivet Gallery.
Beerfest might've passed, but that's plenty of options to quench your thirst this weekend, from tasting to pairings to a sour party. As always, here's what I'd do this weekend if I could be everywhere all the time.
Friday
Battle Trance at It Looks Like It's Open
You had me at "saxophone quartet that plays ambient/world music/avant-garde jazz/black metal/classical." Truthfully, I was initially skeptical when the group's publicist emailed me three weeks ago seeking coverage. That cynicism faded quickly once I pressed play on the group's Bandcamp page, because, for real, this ish is totally one-hundred-percent badass.
