Today, the North Market announced that Dos Hermanos taco truck will open a permanent stall in the market. Dos Hermanos has been operating for the past three years around Columbus, with regular appearances at the Ohio Stadium for football games, at Mapfre Stadium for Columbus Crew SC matches and at Seventh Son Brewing.

Now owners Lisa and Vincente Gutierrez will make their home on the south end of the market, between Brezel and Omega Artisan Baking, former site of Expressly Market Bakery.

Lisa Gutierrez said in a press release, "As frequent market shoppers, my husband and I enjoy the upbeat and culturally diverse atmosphere, but felt there was a missing element, representation of Latin American fare. We saw an opportunity with an open space at the market and decided to throw our hat in ring."

The stall is slated to open Thursday, Oct. 1. The menu fill feature tacos, tamales, chile rellenos and salsa. The truck will remain it operation as well.

With Dos Hermanos' opening, the market is again at capacity. Most recently, Little Eater Produce and Provisions opened in the former Greener Grocer space.
