It's time to start warming up your vocals for the inevitable audience sing-along during the "nah, nah, nah" portion of "Hey Jude."

Paul McCartney, fresh off a headlining turn at Chicago's Lollapalooza music festival earlier this month, just announced an October 13 tour stop at Nationwide Arena.

The concert is scheduled to take place 10 years to the month since the former Beatle's last Columbus visit, an Oct. 2005 date at the Schottenstein Center, according to a press release.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 31, and can be purchased via the Nationwide Arena box office, all Ticketmaster locations, at or by phone at 800-745-3000.

McCartney most recently visited Ohio in April for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction of friend and former bandmate Ringo Starr, helping close out the evening with an all-star laden version of "With a Little Help from My Friends."

To prime yourself for the concert, watch McCartney rip through this medley during a 2009 summer tour kickoff at New York's Citi Field.
