Your best entertainment option tonight in Columbus, Ohio is undoubtedly the American Music Club show at Cafe Bourbon Street, 2216 Summit St. The club has been getting a lot of Alive ink in print and online lately, and for good reason: Its cache of local bands have been making waves out of town, and new booking manager Lou Poster has been bringing in some incredible acts into town.

AMC is one of those shows. The chance to see the Californian indie rock legends play their quiet, graceful music in such small quarters is one not to be missed, especially with perfectly placed locals Moviola and The Black Swans rounding out the bill. To prepare, read my interview with one-time Columbus resident Mark Eitzel from this week's paper, then head to Bourbon Street before 10 p.m. and hope $10 tickets still remain. Call ahead at 268-9377 if you want to make sure you can get in.

Tonight's TV schedule includes the returns of Bones (8 p.m., FOX) and One Tree Hill (9 p.m., CW), the debuts of reality competition Miss Rap Supreme (10 p.m., VH1) and high school newspaper documentary The Paper (10:30 p.m., MTV) and the season finale of New Amsterdam (9 p.m., FOX).
