The Brio locations at Polaris and Easton are now serving a menu full of "the flavors of Tuscany in the fall." You'll find traditional fall vegetables, braised meats and sauces made with Italian liqueurs.
Check out new-for-fall dishes like a Sausage Florentine Bruschetta appetizer; Sweet Potato Chicken Risotto with pancetta, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus, Reggiano and pine nuts; and Braised Beef Fettuccine, with cremini mushrooms and charred tomato-and-parmesan cream sauce.
For dessert, don't miss the Apple Bread Pudding, topped with candied pecans, vanilla bean gelato and caramel sauce.
