A DIY project, a new store and some new Buckeye-centric TOMS.

1) Make this. It's a sleek kitty litter house that isn't outrageous in the price department. The project comes courtesy Buildipedia.com's locally made DIY show, {Re}Habitat. No gato in your casa? Host Rachael Ranney's got plenty more for you to do to get your hands dirty this long weekend.

2) Go shopping. H&M opened its latest location in Columbus yesterday inside Polaris Fashion Place. Shop the two-level fashion retailer for fall looks. That means you, men, women, juniors and children (get back to class, kids!). 3) Show some school spirit. TOMS, every preppy kid's favorite do-gooder shoe company -- it donates one pair of shoes for every pair bought -- has introduced a new collegiate line of the linen kicks. The OSU scarlet and grey style, I have to admit, is pretty darn cute. They're $48 and come in both men and women's sizes. I'm waiting for blue and gold to rep my alma mater, Kent State. If you haven't heard, we also have a super awesome football team.
