Lorde, fresh off her performance with the surviving members of Nirvana at the Rock Hall induction ceremony (the New Zealand-born youngster twitched and howled her way through "All Apologies"), is set to visit Columbus' LC Pavilion on Sept. 23.
Tickets for the concert are $42.50, and go on sale via ticketmaster.com on Friday, June 6, though fans can register for the opportunity to purchase presale tickets by clicking here.
The fall tour could be considered something of a victory lap for the singer, whose debut effort, Pure Heroine, led by the unavoidable single "Royals," netted her a pair of Grammys, including Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance (both for "Royals").

Also coming to the LC is the similarly well-coifed Lyle Lovett, who is set to visit the venue with the aptly named His Large Band on Aug. 12. Tickets for that one are priced at $59.50 for reserved seats/$32.50 general admission lawn, and go on sale via ticketmaster.com on Friday, June 6.
Finally, CD102.5 brings its annual Summerfest celebration to the LC on Aug. 10 with performances from Manchester Orchestra, OK GO, Tokyo Police Club, The Whigs, Sleeper Agent, Vance Joy, Spanish Gold and more. Tickets are $18.50 in advance/$20 at the door.
A smattering of shows were also recently announced for the Newport.
The Pretty Reckless, fronted by former "Gossip Girl" Taylor Momsen, stops at the venue for a concert on Oct. 28. Tickets are $20 in advance/$22 at the door. British psychedelic rockers Temples hit town Oct. 18. Tickets are $16 in advance/$18 at the door, and go on sale Friday, June 6. Blue October visits the space Nov. 20 (if only the band could have made the trek a month earlier). Tickets are $25 in advance/$27 at the door, and go on sale Friday, June 6. Lastly, the metalheads in Amon Amarth are scheduled to hit the venue on Oct. 19. Tickets for that one are $25.
Anyone seeking out a more laid-back experience should consider the Ben Folds Orchestral Experience. The camp-loving singer/songwriter will perform at the Columbus Bicentennial Pavilion alongside the Columbus Symphony on June 21. Tickets are $23 in advance/$25 at the door. Tickets for children ages 3-14 are $8, and children under 2 will be admitted free.
