Holy summer monsoon of fun times. As my summer jam of 2015 says, "there's gonna be good times" this weekend. How could there not be? I mean, have you seen this weekend's lineup? Fests to the left, Crew SC game to the right. Concerts up front, drive-ins to the back. As always, here's what I'd do this weekend if I could be everywhere all the time.

Spoon and The Antlers at Newport Music Hall

For some reason, this lineup has me suuper nostalgic for Spoon's 2007 show at Skully's with Times New Viking. Like that show, this is another show in which you don't want to miss the opener.

See why Nicholas Nocera picked the South Drive-In as one of his favorite things

On the schedule this weekend: "Spy," "Insidious: Chapter 3" and "Pitch Perfect 2"

Avoid the Downtown arts rush by hitting up Franklinton Fridays' arts event

You should still most definitely hit up the Columbus Arts Festival, but you should also most definitely hit up Franklinton Fridays, the city's newest art district's premier event. Bonus: Artists making art while in character as professional wrestlers.

Can't decide between pizza and barbecue for dinner? You're in luck. Hit up NiDoVi in Dublin for both!

Hit up Bernie's one last time

Sad news: Bernie's is closing soon. Good news: We got all you've ever wanted to know about the bar's namesake in this week's cover story. Not that you need an excuse, but you should def get in for one last visit before it closes.

I'm a big proponent of Sundays at popular festivals. The crowds are thinned considerably, which makes navigating the fest much more pleasurable. If you couldn't make it Friday or Saturday (and who could blame you with all the other stuff going on), this should be your plan of attack.
