Though I could do with less of the truffle oil gilding Third & Hollywood's "Housemade, Hand-Ladled Ricotta" is a great new appetizer. The truffly, creamy and dreamy cheese gets slathered onto wonderfully crunchy (and not over-buttered) toast; you then top that with killer strands of soft, piggy and garlicky Swiss chard that help bring the cloud-like ricotta back down to earth. The combination is supremely addictive (Hint: ask for more greens, you'll need ’em and 3&H will be glad to bring ’em).
