Columbus has moved on from Stone (although we still like their beer!), and we've got good reason. The Columbus craft beer scene is brimming and brewing. Long-established brands like Columbus Brewing Company, Barley's, Elevator and Smokehouse continue to lead the way. North High just opened a new brewing facility; CBC and Four String announced expansions; Wolf's Ridge is building a taproom. Everyone is adding more beers, bottling or canning them, delivering more kegs, opening for longer hours - all to quench the thirst of avid Columbus beer drinkers.

Still not sated? You're in luck. The October opening of Land-Grant Brewing Company marks the next phase of Columbus beer, and Land-Grant is just the foamy head on the pint glass of Columbus breweries that are to come. While the Franklinton brewery just delivered their first beer outside their own walls, Pigskin and Temperance Row and Restoration are taking craft beer to the 'burbs, and Lineage is poised to give Clintonville its first brewery.
