The new pop-up J Hot Fish will be taking over the former home of Hot Chicken Takeover in Olde Towne East. The shop will open in early March inside the Columbus Food Hub at 1117 Oak St., serving fried fish, egg rolls, cole slaw and fries. Hot Chicken Takeover announced they will not be returning to the Food Hub; they are currently serving in the upstairs of North Market, while a food truck is being constructed.

Food truck Teodora's Kitchen has wrapped up its run. The truck is being sold and the restaurant will settle into a permanent spot at 3339 N. High St., where Frida Katrina Mexican folk art gallery and cafe is currently located. Frida Katrina is closing at the end of this month.

The Darista Cafe is holding a Patacon & Pints pop-up at Hills Market Downtown this Saturday, Feb. 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Darista Cafe owner Dara Schwartz is crafted her patacon sandwiches with cilantro chicken, veggies and mozzarella between fried plantains. Four String Brewing will also be on hand serving pints of their specialty Mango Key Lime White IPA.

This Monday World of Beer began hosting a month-long "Journey With Pilsners," with events featuring the Czech lager at all of their locations. The event lasts through March 15, and will include pilsner flights and specialty features rarely seen in the U.S., like Pilsner Urqell's unfiltered, unpasteurized pilsner or Weihenstephaner's German pilsner on draft.

Pure Imagination Chocolatier has closed its North Market stall. The chocolate shop is still open at 1205 Grandview Ave. North Market is expected to announce the new tenant soon.

Mission Coffee Co. announced the upcoming opening of its roasting and education facility in Italian Village, on N. Fourth St. between Fox in the Snow Cafe and St. James Tavern.

This Sunday, Feb. 22 is National Margarita Day. Look for margarita specials around the city. Condado Tacos, for instance, is serving half-price margaritas that day.
