Vegan lentil enchiladas

This has to be my favorite recipe ever. They are super creamy and filling because of the texture from the cashews I use, but they are still completely vegan.

Whole Foods

I love their produce, but I love everything about them. I have a great partnership with them, and I have an all-natural body scrub with them right now. It has my “Hummus Sapien” logo on it, and it’s just another example of all the amazing things they do with local vendors in Columbus. They are truly community-based, and I love that.

Body Pump

I love workouts that challenge not just your body, but also your mind. Body Pump is great because it incorporates diversity in your lifting. Each track works a different body part, like squats, chest, etc. You can do it at a lot of gyms, but of course I have to give some love to the Fitness Loft for this one.

Guilty pleasures

Everyone is always like, “Wow, she’s so healthy. She must not eat anything fun.” But that could not be further from the truth. I eat dark chocolate every day, and I love going out to eat. Harvest Pizza’s mushroom pizza is my go-to. I fell in love with food before I fell in love with nutrition; I’m a foodie first.

Blogging

It sounds so lame, but my biggest hobby is blogging, especially because I don’t have much free time. The blog happened because I love to write and was obsessed with reading food blogs. One day my dad was like, “You should do that!” and that was the nail in the coffin. I’ve been doing it for years, but really only in the last year has it become a job.
