Bonchon, a South Korea-based Korean fried chicken chain, opened at 3586 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. This is the first Midwestern location of the chain.
Mya's Fried Chicken reopened last week after a hiatus. The fried chicken truck is starting with dinner hours Thursday through Saturday. It also moved locations to 3400 N. High St., on the southeast corner of N. High and N. Broadway.
Voting for Hot Chicken Takeover’s summer destinations is over, and the truck is planning neighborhood pop-ups in Olde Towne East, Clintonville and Gahanna, although other locations aren’t out of the running.

Wolf’s Ridge Brewing is hosting a beer and coffee pairing with One Line Coffee on Saturday, May 30. Wolf’s Ridge brewer Chris Davison brewed four batches of the Allegory Brown Ale, each infused with a different coffee from One Line. Tickets are available through Wolf’s Ridge’s site.
Plate in New Albany closed abruptly last week. Pasquale’s Pizza and Pasta House will move from its location at 14 N. State St. in Uptown Westerville to an as-yet-undetermined spot. It will be replaced by Asterisk Supper Club.
