Brioso opens a sister location, Si Senor announces a second location and more.

Cafe Brioso debuted a new coffee shop, Brioso Coffee, at 329 E. Long St. this week. The cafe, a sister location to the original Gay Street shop, also serves as a roasting and training facility.

Fast casual sushi spot Fusian opens its newest location at 4214 N. High St. in Clintonville this Saturday, Jan. 9. This is the fourth Columbus location for the restaurant and the ninth overall. The Clintonville shop is also the company's first stand-alone building.

Downtown Peruvian restaurantSi Senorannounced a second location at 1456 W. Fifth Ave., former spot of The French Loaf, opening sometime this spring.

Bonchon, a Korean fried chicken chain, will open a second Central Ohio location at 2973 N. High St. in Clintonville. The first location for this area - and the first for Ohio - opened last spring in Dublin.

El Arepazo Latin Grill has temporarily closed their Pearl Alley location downtown for a month of renovations.

All three Central Ohio Smashburger locations will re-open under company ownership beginning this month. The Westerville location is expected to open Jan. 20, while the remaining two will open in February. The restaurants were shuttered last fall after the franchise owner failed to pay state sales tax.
