The brand-new chapter of GLSEN ("glisten") in Columbus is sponsoring this exhibition, open to artists who identify beyond gender binary. With awareness and encouragement the goal, and art as the vehicle, "Beyond the Binary" will present the work of 10 artists, chapter Co-Chair Anna L. Winders said, including work from two artists under the age of 18. The event is also a fundraiser for GLSEN, and donations will be accepted. Any work offered for sale may be purchased, with the artist keeping 100 percent of the proceeds.
