New Vision Dance Company Artistic Director Melissa Gould offers up a sort of "how we got here" program in the form of "Tapestry," to be performed this weekend at Dublin's Abbey Theater. The program will feature pieces, primarily in contemporary jazz style, made throughout the company's history.

New Vision Dance Company Artistic Director Melissa Gould offers up a sort of "how we got here" program in the form of "Tapestry," to be performed this weekend at Dublin's Abbey Theater. The program will feature pieces, primarily in contemporary jazz style, made throughout the company's history.

The first act will showcase work created on behalf of Unchained and Sonya's Cancer Caregivers' Center, organizations that respectively fight human trafficking and support cancer caregivers. The second act is a suite of dances set to songs made famous by the Andrews Sisters.
