Brooklyn brothers spin Beatles subway covers into music career

Growing up in Brooklyn, identical twins Amiri and Rahiem Taylor became obsessed with the Beatles and taught themselves how to play guitar, then took to New York City's subways, busking Beatles covers to passersby. After a YouTuber filmed the pair performing, the video went viral, which led to TV and radio appearances and set in motion a national tour paired with a forthcoming album, Interstella. First single “Seize the Day” finds the band's fascination with '60s psych-pop still intact. (Safe bet)
