The acclaimed chef wants to help you use this time in quarantine to acquire new skills
Italian chef Massimo Bottura runs one of the world's best, most acclaimed restaurants, Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. And, now, in a time when his country is in lockdown, having been ravaged by the coronavirus that currently has Columbus living under a "stay at home" order, the Michelin-starred chef has been posting free "Kitchen Quarantine" cooking lessons to his Instagram page. So far, Bottura has provided step-by-step instructions on how to make Thai curry, a warm bollito salad, tortellini and an “everything Mac and Cheese” dinner, among other creations.
