Coast Wine House, Dublin’s new wine bar and bottle shop, will begin pouring on Friday, Nov. 29. Owners Dustin and Molly Snow are behind the new business, located in a historic house at 75 S. High St. During opening weekend, the shop will be open from noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
This week, Natalie's Music Hall & Kitchen (945 King Ave.) kicks off its tenure in Grandview with a sold-out Thanksgiving Eve show by Angela Perley. The Olde Towne East brewpub Gemüt Biergarten (734 Oak St.) recently added lunch and brunch to its lineup. The lunch menu features schnitzel sandwiches (both meat and vegan versions), a Reuben and chopped salad; lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Brunch offerings include pancakes, Austrian hash and frittata, served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
Tickets are now on sale for the 10th Annual Columbus Beerfest, taking place Jan. 17 and 18 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center (400 N. High St.). The wintertime beer festival features live music and concessions from local food trucks to go along with local, regional and hard-to-find craft beers from more than 130 breweries.
