Sub shop Frank & Carl’s is one of the few restaurants to debut locally during the coronavirus pandemic. Perrie Wilkof’s Dough Mama (3335 N. High St.) has reopened as a takeout bakery after a brief hiatus. Orders can be placed online at Thursday through Saturday for next-day pickup at the Clintonville bakery. Pickup is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Rooh (685 N. High St.), a modern Indian restaurant in the Short North, has reopened with a limited menu for contactless carryout service from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Carryout cocktails and wine are also available. Delivery is also available through Grubhub. View the menu and order here.

Pop-up tiki bar 614Tiki returns this Saturday, April 18, to Little Rock Bar in Italian Village, where it will host a 614Tiki Drive-Thru. Food truck Aloha Aina will be on hand with Hawaiian fare; limit two cocktails per meal. Breakfast-centric restaurant chain First Watch announced that it is temporarily closing all of its restaurants, including 10 locations in the Columbus area, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, beginning today.
