Sub shop Frank & Carl’s is one of the few restaurants to debut locally during the coronavirus pandemic. The sandwich shop, owned by brothers Max and Mitch Stafford, is now open for takeout and delivery at 6558 Longshore St. in Dublin’s Bridge Park. Perrie Wilkof’s Dough Mama (3335 N. High St.) has reopened as a takeout bakery after a brief hiatus. Orders can be placed online at dough-mama.com Thursday through Saturday for next-day pickup at the Clintonville bakery. Pickup is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Rooh (685 N. High St.), a modern Indian restaurant in the Short North, has reopened with a limited menu for contactless carryout service from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Carryout cocktails and wine are also available. Delivery is also available through Grubhub. View the menu and order here.

Pop-up tiki bar 614Tiki returns this Saturday, April 18, to Little Rock Bar in Italian Village, where it will host a 614Tiki Drive-Thru. Food truck Aloha Aina will be on hand with Hawaiian fare; limit two cocktails per meal. Breakfast-centric restaurant chain First Watch announced that it is temporarily closing all of its restaurants, including 10 locations in the Columbus area, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, beginning today.
