11:44 a.m., Central dispatch radio call about male caller reporting stolen firearm taken from vehicle on N. Broadway St. Vehicle was not locked this morning when he went out. Firearm was in center consol. Advised to come to station to make report.
11:59 a.m., Male on station for stolen firearm from vehicle completing report.
3:44 p.m., Caller from Vine St. advises that woman is there flipping out.
3:59 p.m., Woman from previous call is leaving and will stay at another address.
10:32 p.m., Noble County sheriff office called stating they had a domestic in Noble County, but the victim lives in Belmont County. Advised to contact Belmont County courthouse/prosecutor office regarding protection order.

2:06 a.m., Traffic stop north Rt. 800, expired tag.
9:02 a.m., Woman wanting restraining order against man, advised of an incident with him last night in Noble County. Advised to file report on station.
9:34 a.m., Woman on station regarding earlier complaint of harassment.
11:01 a.m., Traffic stop Railroad St.
12:44 p.m., Man at station to pick up phone belonging to his brother.
12:50 p.m., Traffic stop Riesbeck’s lot.
2:08 p.m., Attempt to serve paper on man. Warrant check on same man.
5:59 p.m., Vehicle lockout Morgantown Ave.
7:15 p.m., Female called stating her 11-year-old daughter was assaulted by other juveniles at the Plumly Townhomes. States the juveniles have assault video recorded on their phone.
7:38 p.m., Victim from assault that took place at Plumy Townhomes on station completing report.
9:42 p.m., Received a call regarding an unlicensed driver on East Main St. heading toward Starfire from Riesbeck’s. States white colored vehicle, unknown make/model. Gave license plate number and possible name of driver. Number does not match vehicle description, named driver has a valid driver license.
Wednesday, Feb. 28
12:10 p.m., investigate complaint E. South St. JB Green Team driver reported a bucket full of feces left at recycling bin. Unknown if human or animal. Wants officer to check if bucket has any name on it that can be possibly linked back to suspect. Asked what she wanted done since no fingerprints or DNA would be taken, or that we would dispose of. She stated she wanted to make an example for others that this wasn’t acceptable.
2:09 p.m., Hold up alarm at ATM
2:11 p.m., Advised employee set off alarm accidently. Officer would still respond.
3:43 p.m., Traffic stop E. South St.
4:17 p.m., Traffic stop Olney Friends School Drive.
4:54 p.m., Unit requested to assist for warrant check.
Thursday, March 1
4:11 p.m., Male on station requesting to speak to officer regarding child disrespecting teachers and school resource officer.
4:35 p.m., Officer with unruly juvenile.
6:52 p.m., Received reports of tree on fire on Rt. 800 between industrial park and Moose ballfield. During call tones dropped for Fire/EMS for tree on fire on Rt. 800 north. Central dispatch called to assist in finding location.
6:59 p.m., Report of tree in roadway on Rt. 800 on Barnesville hill blocking lane. Called state patrol. Trooper not in area. Trooper with ODOT on Rt. 147 with another tree. Patrol requested PD to check.
7:17 p.m., ODOT stopped to check on tree. Patrol stated they did not foresee a problem and tree is not blocking roadway. They put out cones and will be back to take care of it later.
