Track and Field

1) Your thoughts on the cancellation of spring sports.

I am absolutely heartbroken. It is especially painful due to it being my senior season.

2) What are you going to miss most about your cancelled season?

My coaches and teammates. We created such a strong bond and made so many memories together.

3) What are you doing to help fight the spread of COVID-19?

I am staying home. If I do go out I wear a mask and remain six feet away from others.

4) What are you missing the most due to the quarantine?

Going out with friends and just seeing other people in general due. Everything feels so apocalyptic. This really makes me wish I appreciated the little things more.

5) What are your future plans?

I plan on pursuing nursing at Aultman College after I graduate.

6) What is your favorite high-school memory?

I don't necessarily have a favorite high school memory because most of it was a good memory. I'd say any time I felt support from either friends, families, or teachers, because they definitely were the ones who helped me through difficult times.

7) What is your favorite movie?

The entire Kill Bill franchise. They're movies with an incredibly strong female as the main character. The story line is also to die for and I always feel satisfied after watching them.

8) What is your favorite binge-worthy show?

The Office. It is impossible to not love it, and if you say you don't love it you're lying to yourself. It's so funny and quirky, but at the same time there are heart-wrenching moments that just keep the audience entertained, plus there's Dwight so what more do you need?

9) What is your favorite food?

Any type of pasta. You can eat it with whatever you want and dress it up however you like.

10) Who is your favorite musical artist?

Rob Zombie. I love the rock/metal genre and he's just so crazy and different and I respect that in music.

11) Who is your favorite teacher?

Mr. Chiurco. He always made class fun and interesting and he just understood us. Plus the days we watched clips from The Office in class were definitely some of my favorites.
