Amy Turn Sharp, who cofounded Franklinton's Secret Studio alongside Keith Hanlon, recently alerted us that the arts space, in collaboration with Nikki Wonder, would be launching a new episodic interview series dubbed "The Freakiest Show."

Sharp said the series will feature "tipsy" performances and in-depth interviews, beginning with musician and Ace of Cups owner Marcy Mays, who will discuss, among other topics, the decimating impact COVID-19 has had on the irreplaceable Old North venue.

It won't be a total bummer, though. In her email, Sharp promised "a HUGE feel good ending SURPRISE" to the episode, which is scheduled to air on Christmas Eve. "Like, I said… Christmas MIRACLE," Sharp wrote. We'll certainly be tuning in to see what's in store.
