Have you listened to “Blackk Friday” lately? I popped in P. Blackk’s definitive statement (so far) while driving last weekend and was pleased to hear it packs as much punch as I remember from last fall. The CCAD undergrad is immensely thoughtful, incredibly skilled and effortlessly charismatic on the mic. When he releases new music, you ought to listen up. So get your ears to Fleur this Wednesday as the rapper celebrates his new mixtape and his 21st birthday all at once. “It’s Always Sunny in Columbus 2,” hosted by Bruni, will whet your appetite for P.’s upcoming collaborative album with J. Rawls, “Contemporary Nostalgia.”
