First of all, the Avicii show tonight at LC Pavilion is canceled, as is High on Fire's show July 26 at Ace of Cups (which had originally been scheduled for Outland). Now on to some newer concert announcements that are still on the docket.

The 102.5 Summerfest lineup is looking pretty stacked with Metric, Ben Kweller, White Rabbits, Tanlines, Lumineers, Civil Twilight and Atlas Genius coming to LC Paviion on August 11. Tickets go on sale for $10.25 (get it?) starting Friday at 10 a.m. I don't know if I would go out of my way to see any of those bands alone, but the prospect of all of them together is pretty enticing, especially outside on a warm summer evening.

Dirty Projectors will play the Wexner Center on July 12, two days after the release of their highly anticipated "Swing Lo Magellan." I'll be in Chicago that night lounging before Pitchfork Music Festival, but thankfully the band is playing there too. The Columbus show costs $18, and tickets are available now.

The lovable YouTube star Julia Nunes will return to The Basement on that same night, July 12. Tickets are on sale now for $12.

Ever-reliable retro pop masters Dr. Dog will headline Newport Music Hall on Sept. 24. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for $20 advance, $22 day of.

New York's aggressive shoegaze crew A Place To Bury Strangers will play The Basement on July 16. Tickets cost $12 advance and $14 day of, and they're on sale now.

Electronic pop master Tycho is coming to Ace of Cups on July 18. Tickets are on sale now for $12 advance, $14 at the door.

Also blending electronics and pop, also at Ace of Cups: Purity Ring on Sept. 17. Tickets cost $14 and are on sale now.

And if you're interested in seeing Cake Boss Buddy Valastro live in action, he'll be at the Palace Theatre on Dec. 4. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for $42.75 and $32.75.

NOTE: Benco Presents is announcing another concert at 2 p.m., so I'll update this then.
