Daily Distraction: Listen to new Bon Iver song 'Second Nature'

Justin Vernon's new tune is featured on the soundtrack for the film 'Don't Look Up,' in theaters now and on Netflix Dec. 24

I am contractually obligated to let you know when new Bon Iver music drops. Today, as you might have already gathered, is one of those days.

Adam McKay has a new film called "Don't Look Up" that features an A-list cast: Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Timothée Chalamet, Cate Blanchett, Tyler Perry and so on. It's out now in theaters, and it hits Netflix on Christmas Eve.

Composer Nicholas Britell scored the film, and he also collaborated with a bunch of artists on the soundtrack, including Ariana Grande, Kid Cudi and Bon Iver's Justin Vernon.

According to Pitchfork, Vernon's track, "Second Nature," was co-produced by Britell and Chris Messina and features yMusic’s CJ Camerieri on French horn and trumpet, Rob Moose on strings and Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner on background vocals.
