Robert Glasper recently announced the forthcoming release of Black Radio 3, which will land on Feb. 25, roughly 10 years after the pianist first launched the Black Radio series. To coincide with the news, Glasper has released a video for album track "Black Superhero," a song given a boost by appearances from Killer Mike, Big K.R.I.T. and BJ the Chicago Kid.

On Monday, Jan. 17, Glasper will mark Martin Luther King Jr. Day by performing the song on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," joined by the Roots, Rapsody, BJ The Chicago Kid, Amir Sulaiman and DJ Jazzy Jeff.

“I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Black Radio than by releasing Black Radio 3,” Glasper said in a press release. “To debut a live performance of 'Black Superhero' on 'The Tonight Show' with some of my own heroes is really special to me. Hopefully, it inspires more to come.”
